Victor Reis is an engineer and began his career at Efacec, a Portuguese leading engineering company. In 1996, Victor Reis was appointed executive manager of ABB in Portugal. In 2000, he became executive manager of the Grupo Fibeira, a Portuguese real estate group. In 2008 he founded Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort in the Algarve. He is the founder of Goldreds.
Jorge Cunha is a former banker. He began at Dresdner Bank in the private banking department. He became Vice President at the Italian Banco Popolare in 2006. After this, he joined Banque Internationale à Luxembourg in 2012 where he was in charge of Iberian & South American market. In 2015, he decided to quit the banking industry and joined Goldreds.
Riccardo Moraldi is a fiscal expert based in Luxembourg. He began his career at Grant Thorton in Luxembourg, where he was in charge of the Italian Desk. In 2002 he joined Deloitte in Luxembourg as a partner. In 2005, he founded Global Trust Advisors SA, a Luxemburgish fiduciary. Since then he created several real estate funds (SIF/RAIF) for private and institutional investors.
Andrea De Maria is an accountant. He began his career at Grant Thorton where he became chief accountant. In 2000 he joined Deloitte as a manager. Since 2005 he is the Chief Financial Officer of Global Trust Advisors SA, a Luxembourgish fiduciary. He is in charge of the setup of the SPV’s for the real estate investments.
Graduated from a major Parisian University, Julien has occupied several senior positions during his 17 years career in the Asset Management & Real Estate industries, successively for institutionnal investors and major asset management firms such Axa Real Estate, Groupama Immobilier and as a Partner in the Knight Frank Capital Markets team over the last 9 years. He has a strong knowledge of several real estate asset classes, with a focus on office, retail, logistic and health.
Is a civil engineer. He started his career at Martifer’s where he helped to implement the Energetic Certificate Buildings in Portugal. After several positions from Africa to Luxembourg, he managed to coordinate construction sites from industrial to residential projects. In 2017, he joined GOLDREDS Luxembourg.
